Offer Terms
- The Abu Dhabi Summer Pass (ADSP) has been exclusively created for the Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu Dhabi
- Validity Period: The ADSP will only be available for purchase between 1st May 2023 and 30th September 2023.
- Usage:
- Tickets which are already issued but not redeemed by Sept 30, 2023 will automatically be cancelled. No refund will be given.
- Tickets which are not issued this season (May 1, 2023 to Sept 1, 2023) can then be issued during the next Summer season which is from May 1, 2024 to Sept 30, 2024
- Any pass that remains inactivated (i.e., not even 1 ticket has been redeemed) until September 30, 2023, will automatically expire, and future bookings will not be available. It's important to note that expired passes are non-refundable.
- Product: The attractions and their associated offers are subject to change at the provider's discretion.
Restrictions:
- Promotional code to unlock the Dining discounts (app) are only available for new customers
- The ADSP offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Policies governing usage, date changes, cancellations, refunds are subject to the individual attraction/activity policies
- Pass rollover benefits are not applicable for tickets already issued
