The revering history of the Mughals in India breathes through the city of Agra on the banks of the Yamuna River. Agra, also known as the City of Love, is famous for the Taj Mahal, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Shah Jahan ruled the Mughal Empire at the time. Agra is a rich experience because of its Indo-Persian architecture, Mughal history, religions, and local cuisine. Agra is famous for its delectable dishes such as Agra petha, Mughali curries, Dalmoth, Bedhai, and Kebabs.

The Agra Fort, Fatehpur Sikri, Mehtab Bagh, Akbar's Mausoleum, and other notable sites make Agra a distinct location for learning about the Mughal Dynasty. On a trip down the historical pages of India, Agra brings out the grandeur of Mughal lifestyle, religious influences, and Persian art.
