What does our hiring process look like?

Get to know us

Once we receive your resume and determine you might be a good fit, we’ll invite you to our office or arrange a virtual meeting. You’ll meet with our HR team for an introduction to Alike and have the chance to ask any questions. You'll also have the opportunity to meet with the department head as well.

Test your skills

To ensure you have the skills and experience we need, we’ll give you a test specific to the position you’re applying for. We do this for everyone, at every level, to keep our hiring process fair and unbiased.

Honest feedback

After completing the test, we’ll provide you with honest feedback. We’ll share our thoughts on your work, regardless of the outcome. We believe in fairness and want to help you improve, even if we don’t offer you a position.
