An open-dated ticket allows you to visit an attraction during operating hours without choosing a specific day and time. A one-day ticket is valid for the entire day you reserve, without a specific time. A reservation ticket is valid only on the specific day and time you select during purchase.

Some guided tours include round-trip transportation, so check the ‘What’s Included’ section. Additionally, certain attractions have specific time slots, and you can only visit during your reserved time.

Changes may be possible depending on the type of change and the travel service provider’s policy. Contact Alike Customer Care with your booking code for assistance. Note: Not all providers accept changes after confirmation, so choose your tour carefully.

Alike displays prices in USD, INR, EUR, AED and GBP, but billing is in USD. Your credit card statement will show the price in USD. Alike doesn’t charge any additional fees. If you see extra fees, check with your credit card issuer.

Usually, your booking is confirmed immediately or within a few hours, unless stated otherwise. You’ll receive a confirmation email (not your ticket) and a separate email with the voucher. Registered clients can download vouchers from their account. If you don’t receive the email, check your Spam folder or contact us at care@alike.io.

Cancellation depends on the individual travel service provider’s policy, which you can find on the product page and voucher. While we try to accommodate our customers, we must follow our partners’ policies. To cancel, email care@alike.io.

Confirmation times vary by activity, as indicated in the activity details. Most activities are confirmed instantly or within 24 hours. You’ll receive your tickets via email 24 hours before your participation date.

Choose your preferred currency from the drop-down menu on the website or app. Select the package and date, then adjust the units to see the final amount payable. Note that costs may vary due to currency fluctuations. While Alike doesn’t charge handling fees, your card issuer may apply foreign transaction fees if you pay in a non-local currency. Check with your bank if you have any questions.

• Select an Activity: Choose an activity or attraction and check for available dates.
• Choose Options: Select relevant options like tour language, seating, and group type. Pick your start time and number of participants, then click ‘Continue’.
• Enter Details: Fill in your personal and payment information, then click ‘Confirm booking’.
• Receive Confirmation: You’ll get a confirmation email and a ticket voucher. Print the ticket or bring the mobile voucher to the meeting point.
