After successfully placing your order, you will receive an onscreen redemption link. Simply click on the link to access the redemption page, where you can choose the dates for various attraction tickets and proceed. The e-tickets will be sent to your mailbox. Additionally, the redemption link will also be sent to you in the order confirmation email.

The ticket you received on your email will have the bar code/QR code that you can present at the venue. The ticket is only valid on the date of visit you selected during redemption.

Access your SIM booking voucher via the Pass Redemption Page. Simply visit any of our stores at Dubai Airports or any of our partner stores across UAE to collect your pre-booked SIM card. Pickup locations and other details are included in the confirmation voucher.

Upon redeeming your UAE Tourist Visa promotion , you will receive a confirmation email. Our customer service team will reach out to you to gather the necessary documents to initiate the visa process. Please ensure you make your booking at least 5 working days before your planned travel date.

Yes, the current offer also extend to RuPay JCB cardholders in India. However, since RuPay JCB cards are not accepted online, customers need to visit our Retail Stores at Dubai International Airport (Terminal 1 and Terminal 3) to redeem the offer. The travel pass is available to redeem for 90 days from the date of purchase. Additionally, upon the first redemption, the pass remains active for the next 14 days.
