Redemption Process:

1. The customer must present their original Passport and UAE Visa copy.

2. eSIM Card can only be issued to the person who is 18 years of age and above.

3. Only 1 eSIM Card can be activated using 1 passport.

4.Passport holder must be present during the time of activation of the service.

5.This service is available only for tourists visiting UAE and not for UAE residents.

6.Please take note that the activation process must be completed at kitmytrip shop or our partner stores.
