Al Ain Zoo is one of the oldest and most popular zoos in the United Arab Emirates. It is located in the city of Al Ain, which is about two hours away from the capital city of Abu Dhabi. The zoo covers an area of about 400 hectares and is home to over 4,000 animals from around the world. It is well known for its collection of African and Asian animals, including elephants, lions, cheetahs, giraffes, and many more. The zoo is divided into different sections, including an African savannah, an Asian jungle, and a desert habitat, which are designed to mimic the natural habitats of the animals. The Al Ain Zoo Safari also features a number of educational exhibits and interactive activities, such as camel and elephant rides, and animal shows. The zoo also has a focus on conservation, with several breeding programs in place for endangered species. The Al Ain Zoo timings for visitors, which vary depending on the time of year. During the summer months, the zoo is typically open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, while during the winter months, the zoo is open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.

  • Al-Ain Zoo entry ticket can be used on the selected date between 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM

  • Al Ain Zoo Safari Truck ticket will be valid for the time slot chosen only, so kindly schedule your visit accordingly

  • The Safari Truck adventure tour has a duration of around 45 minutes

  • For safety reasons, children under 5 years of age are prohibited from joining the Safari Truck adventure tour.

  • The Safari Truck can accommodate a maximum of 22 individuals

  • Outside Food or Beverages are not allowed at the zoo

  • The visitors of Al Ain Zoo can enjoy a wonderful free-of-charge train tour around the zoo

  • E-tickets are only valid for the reserved tour date.

  • Subject to availability (If the booking is not confirmed we will process the refund)

Cancellation Policy
  • No charges will be applied for cancellations made 48 hours prior to tour departure.
Child Policy
  • Children under the age of 3 will be considered infants and will have free entry.
  • Children aged 3 to 12 will be considered as children and will be charged the child rate.
  • Children aged 12 and above will be considered adults and will be charged the adult rate.
  • Children under 5 years of age are not permitted to join the Safari Truck adventure tour for safety reasons.
