Nusa Penida Tour

Not happy at all with the one day Nusa Penida tour sold. 1) hidden fees. Once you paid and reach the port, ypu are informed that you will need to pay an extra tax pf 25k per person for each beach that you will visit on the island that was included in the tour. 2) I was told that we would be 10 to 15 on the boat. We were 18 customers. 3) snorkeling was supposed to be 3 spots, 30min per spot. We did 10 min on the first spot (manta point) and I was rushed on the other 2 spots and did 25min. I complained on the first stop that we were supposed to do 30min per spot but they did not care. 4) there was no kid size mask for my daughter. They just apologized and said it had been lost the day before. 5) don't loose the equipment they lend to you. They will charge you 70 USD for a pair of cheap and old fins and about the same for the old mask and snorkel. Happy that I did not loose anything because I don't want to pay this price for cheap and used equipment. 6) mineral water was supposed to be provided. We got a mini bottle each (22 cl, the smallest I have seen during my trip). 7) you seat for the included lunch and you are told that one dish is included but you can pay for extra. Honnestly the dish was very small, just the size of a starter. Not a good experience. I was told by the agency to go for a private tour next time... Poor attitude, poor service... avoid

Everything from the beginning to the end of the tour was excellent. We purchased an all-inclusive day tour package and were very pleased. We had a wonderful day with a friendly and professional team. I read some reviews and I don't agree. The price is convenient. I am wondered but this people had been around the world??? an excursion like that would make you pay at least $250/300. For me the whole thing was simply fantastic and I had so much fun and I booked two excursions with them . The first day I did Rafting it was my first experience and I fell in love with it. Fantastic place, fantastic people even, fantastic food and fantastic price. The next day I did Snorkeling including an excursion and lunch in Nusa Penida and what can I say?! I could describe it all with a simple "WUAOOOOOO" I saw a Manta , turtle a lot of colorful fish and I had lots and lots of laughs with the guide De Mus very kind, fun and plus he is a nice photographer. I definitely recommend you book with them they were formidable thank you so much Alex for inviting me to live this unforgettable formidable experience in paradise SUKSMA ✨️

Alex! remember that name when you’re looking for a tour. He overcharged us after we approached him ready to support his business. We found out and he was being quite harsh about it. Don’t overpay even if you think it’s a good deal. There’s always a cheaper alternative.
