The Kaleidoscope restaurant stands out from the other dining options at the Atlantis Hotel, not only for its delicious food but also for its unique architecture and beautiful interior design, which provide a perfect setting for taking glamorous photos with loved ones.   • The Pick up will be arranged from your Dubai Hotel / Residence only and not from the Airport.
  • In the case of sharing transfers, the seating arrangement is as per availability and arranged by the guide at the time of boarding.
  • Sharing transfers is available from Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed up to Marina.
  • There will be no refund for partly utilized services and in case if the guest doesn’t show up at the start time mentioned in the tour itinerary, the service provider reserves the right to charge 100% no-show fee.
  • The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons or weather conditions.
  • According to the company policy, the rate of meals will be provided at that time.
  • This is a booking voucher only so in case of booking an attraction entrance, it is a must to carry the ticket separately.
  • The pick up / drop off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

  • This is to inform you that the Atlantis will be closed on the occasion of special events: Easter, Valentines Day, Iftar, Eid, Christmas Day, Christmas Evening, New Year Evening, Diwali Festivities and Chinese New Year.
Cancellation Policy
  • If the tickets are cancelled after booking, 100% charges will be applied.
  • This attraction has a strict no cancellation policy and cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted.
Child Policy
  • Children under 3 years old will be considered infants and do not need to pay for entry.
  • Children aged 3 to 10 years old will be considered children and charged the child rate.
  • Children over 10 years old will be considered adults and charged the adult rate.

  • You will initially receive a confirmation email of your booking.
  • The ticket/voucher will be sent 1 hour after the booking has been placed.
