Bali Safari & Marine Park

We had a wonderful experience at Bali Safari! We visited on a Saturday and booked our tickets through Tiket.com just one day in advance. The ticket redemption process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The entire park was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully landscaped with plenty of shade, making it very comfortable to explore. The animal shows were well-organized and entertaining, and it was great to see that the animals appeared healthy and well cared for. Overall, it was a fun, enjoyable, and memorable experience for our whole family. We would definitely recommend Bali Safari to anyone visiting Bali, especially families with children.

A fantastic, full-day wildlife adventure that is perfect for families and older kids! Unlike a traditional zoo, the animals here roam freely in massive, open-concept enclosures designed to mimic their natural habitats. The Highlight: The "Safari Journey" tram ride is excellent. You get to ride in an air-conditioned vehicle right through the habitats to see lions, tigers, and rhinos up close. The professional educational animal shows and the cultural performance are also top-tier and well worth watching. The Environment: Because it mimics a savanna, the park is highly exposed to the sun. It gets incredibly hot, humid, and sweaty as you walk between the attractions. Pro Tips: Dress in lightweight clothing, wear comfortable walking shoes, and bring plenty of sunscreen and water. Book your tickets online in advance to skip the long ticket-counter queues. Note for travelers: If you have toddlers or prefer a shorter, fully shaded walk with direct animal feeding (like petting deer), consider the Bali Zoo instead, as the Safari Park is massive and requires a full day to explore.

A wonderful safari experience, especially for kids! The elephant and tiger shows were excellent and very well executed. The park is clean, well maintained, and offers a great opportunity to see a variety of animals up close. A fun and memorable family outing. Highly recommended!

It was great fun spending time at the safari park. The shows and educational activities were really interesting and never boring. The safari tour was truly impressive, and our whole family was amazed by the variety of animals there. The staff were friendly and helpful when we were having trouble finding the restaurant. The food at Uma Restaurant was delicious, the portions were generous, and we didn’t have to wait long. My advice is to buy tickets online via the official website to speed up entry.

We visited Bali Safari and had a good overall experience. We purchased the Jungle Hopper package, and the total cost for two adults and one child over 3 years old was IDR 1820000, which felt quite expensive. My recommendation is to arrive around 9:00 AM because the first show starts at 10:00 AM, and the other shows follow one after another. If you miss a show, you may have to wait until the next session, with some shows not repeating until around 2:00 PM. The shows were entertaining, diverse, and well organized. One of the highlights was the Bali Agung Show, which beautifully presents Balinese culture, history, and legends through impressive performances, traditional costumes, music, and stage effects. Even if you are not familiar with Balinese history, it is enjoyable and easy to follow. The weather was pleasant during our visit at the beginning of summer, although I imagine it can get quite hot during other times of the year. Compared to Taman Safari in Puncak, I personally enjoyed Puncak more because you can feed the animals directly from your car and see a wider variety of animals in a more immersive safari experience. Overall, Bali Safari is worth visiting, especially for families with children, but be prepared for the relatively high ticket prices.
