Upon entering the lounge, visitors are greeted with a blast of chilly air and the sparkling blue hues of the ice. They are then provided with warm coats and gloves to keep them comfortable during their stay. Inside the lounge, guests can sit on ice-carved chairs and sofas, surrounded by intricate ice sculptures and ice-carved walls that are lit up in different colors to create a mesmerizing atmosphere. One of the highlights of the Chillout Ice Lounge in Dubai experience is the opportunity to enjoy a drink or two while sitting in the ice-bar. The glasses and even the bottles are made of ice, making every sip of the drink an unforgettable memory. This is a perfect setting to unwind, relax and make new friends over a glass of your favorite cocktail or mocktail. In addition to the ice-bar, some Chillout Ice Lounge also features an ice-slide that visitors can slide down for a fun, exhilarating experience. Some venues even have other activities like Ice Sculpture carving workshops, snow activities, and more. The ice sculptures in the lounge are created by professional ice sculptors and are changed regularly to keep the experience fresh and exciting. The Chillout Ice Lounge experience is not just limited to the lounge itself, but also extends to the overall ambiance and atmosphere of the venue. Music is typically played at a low volume, creating a relaxing and serene atmosphere for guests to enjoy. Many venues also offer food and drinks, making it a great option for a night out with friends or a special date. The temperatures inside the lounge are typically kept around minus 5 to minus 7 degree Celsius, which can be quite chilly, but guests are provided with warm clothing and blankets to keep them comfortable. The experience is usually of around 45 minutes to 1 hour, which allows guests to fully take in the atmosphere and enjoy all the lounge has to offer without becoming too cold. Many visitors take pictures to commemorate their experience, and the photos of Chillout Ice Lounge can be quite striking, showcasing the intricate ice sculptures, the cool blue lighting and the overall ambiance of the place.
  • Please note that this is a booking voucher only and an entrance ticket to the attraction must be downloaded separately from the Booking Admin Panel and must be carried along.

  • The Pick up will be arranged from your Dubai Hotel / Residence only and not from the Airport.
  • Pick up from Areas other than Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
  • Sharing transfers is available from Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed upto Marina.
  • It is prohibited to sell this product to an end consumer at a price lower than the attraction's gate price. The product can only be offered at a discounted rate if bundled with other products, and it must not be advertised or sold at a price lower than the gate price under any circumstances.
  • The pick up / drop off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

Cancellation Policy
  • Receive a 100% refund if you cancel up to 48 hours before the experience begins.
Child Policy
  • Children under 4 years old will be considered infants and do not need to pay for entry.
  • Children aged 4 to 12 years old will be considered children and charged the child rate.
  • Children over 12 years old will be considered adults and charged the adult rate.
