  • The booking confirmation is only valid for the specific date and time listed and will expire afterward.

  • Tickets are non-refundable and can only be used once, and are not eligible for exchange.

  • Lost, damaged, and/or stolen tickets cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged in any way.

  • In case the tickets are rejected by the attraction after booking due to unavailability, you will be provided by the next available time slots.

  • No refund will be given for partially used services, and the service provider reserves the right to charge a 100% no-show fee if the guest does not show up at the start time specified in the tour itinerary.

  • This ticket is non-refundable.

  • Tickets can only be used during off-peak hours from 08:00 AM - 14:30 & 19:00 - 23:00 and are subject to availability.

  • Entry with open-dated tickets is contingent upon the venue's availability. In the event that the venue is fully booked for the selected visit date or time, guests are kindly requested to reschedule their visits for a later date.

Cancellation Policy
  • Receive a 100% refund if you cancel up to 72 hours before the experience begins.
Child Policy
  • Children under 4 years old are considered infants and have free entry.
  • Children aged 4 to 12 years old are considered children and are charged the child rate.
  • Children over 12 years old are considered adults and are charged the adult rate.
