- This is a booking voucher only; a ticket must be downloaded from the Booking Admin Panel and brought to the attraction.
- Guests must present a hard copy of the downloaded ticket and a photo ID at the entrance.
- The authorised ticket holder must present the ticket at the park entrance.
- The ticket is only valid for entry to the selected theme park(s).
- Starting January 1st, 2019, parking will be free for visitors, with a valet service for AED 100 (excluding buggy drop-off).
- Some rides and attractions have height, weight, size, and age restrictions and medical warnings, which will be displayed and available from Guest Services.
- Partially used services are non-refundable, and if a guest does not show up at the designated start time, the service provider may charge a 100% no-show fee.
- The provider is not responsible for any attraction components that are not operational due to technical or weather issues.
Cancellation Policy
- If the tickets are cancelled after booking, 100% charges will be applied.
- This attraction has a strict no-cancellation policy and cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted.
Child Policy
- Children under 3 years will be considered infants and can enter for free.
- Children aged 3 to 11 will be considered children and will be charged the child rate.
- Children over 11 years will be considered adults and will be charged the adult rate.
