- No Luggage is allowed to be carried during any activity.
- There will be no refund for partly utilized services and in case if the guest doesn’t show up at the start time mentioned in the tour itinerary, the service provider reserves the right to charge 100% no-show fee.
- The cruise departs at 8:30 pm. If the option without transfer is chosen, guests are expected to arrive at the location 30 minutes before departure time.
- The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons or weather conditions.
- Pick-up/drop-off timing for shared transfers may be adjusted by 30-60 minutes based on traffic and location.
Cancellation Policy
- No charges will be applied for cancellations made 48 hours before the tour departure time.
- 100% charges will be applied for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour departure time.
- If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be returned to your account within 7-14 working days.
Child Policy
- Children under 3 years old will be considered infants and do not need to pay for entry.
- Children aged 3 to 8 years old will be considered children and charged the child rate.
- Children over 8 years old will be considered adults and charged the adult rate.
