Absolutely stunning views of New York City from the Edge at Hudson Yards! One of the most thrilling observation deck experiences in NYC. The triangular glass floor is not for the faint hearted — standing 1,100 feet above Manhattan is breathtaking! 360 degree panoramic views of the Hudson River, Central Park, Brooklyn Bridge and the entire Manhattan skyline. Best visited during golden hour or sunset for spectacular photos. Timed entry was smooth and well organized. Pricey but worth every penny for the experience. A must-do on any NYC visit!

We had the VIP package on a Saturday night for the sunset and it was great. We had a super funny and friendly guide and priority access. I recommend that package. A glass of champagne is also included. The platform itself is just great. Amazing view over the city - a very special experience.

The Edge is an incredible experience. The panoramic views of Manhattan are unreal, and standing on the outdoor deck makes you feel like you’re floating above the city. The best part is the glass floor — you get completely unobstructed views straight down to the streets 101 floors below. It’s a little nerve‑wracking at first, but so worth it.

What an amazing experience. You begin by going through a lit up balloon room. Next you’re transported to an elevator that takes you 1,100 feet in 52 seconds. Once you get to the top, it’s truly magical. The outdoor deck lets you see all of Manhattan and some of New Jersey. If it is clear you can see the Statue of Liberty. The glass floor part makes you feel like you’re hovering over New York City. Everyone lines up to take a picture at the southernmost tip in which the Empire State Building and Downtown Manhattan are visible as well. Stairs are available to sit on and soak in the view. Inside, they have a mirror exhibit, a cool kaleidoscope with prisms and reflecting mirrors, food & drink, a gift shop, and more. I will critique it by saying that the amount of times you have to be stopped for a picture so they can sell it to you at the end is a little ridiculous. Overall, though, I enjoyed it a lot and would come back, especially if I was a tourist. Something you don’t see everyday. Enjoy!

Excellent viewpoints of NYC! We booked online and on the day of the visit, visibility was so poor due to the wildfires in Canada. When we arrived the staff were great, advising of the poor visibility and offering to change bookings to another date. Luckily, we were visiting for two weeks, so were flexible. Not sure what would happen if you could not come another day. We booked the sunset slot, be warned, it is very crowded with people at this time! However, most people were respectful and allowing people space to take a few photos, and taking photos for each other. There’s no realistic chance of getting a good position to see the sun setting, far too many people. It was lovely though to see the skyline in daylight changing to night. Made for a variation in photos. Due to how overcrowded it was, it took over an hour of waiting in a very long queue to be able to exit The Edge. We enjoyed our visit, though the long exit queues were disappointing.
