Despite multiple complaints, no technician was sent. The staff simply said that Wi-Fi does not work on the smart TV and asked us to watch regular Dish TV instead, which was unacceptable.\n\nThirdly, there was no in-room telephone or communication system to contact reception. Mobile network connectivity inside the room was extremely poor, forcing us to physically go down three floors every time we needed assistance.\n\nFourth, although the room size was large, the air conditioner was installed in a position where only the drawing area received cooling, while the bedroom remained hot and uncomfortable at night.\n\nFifth, hot water was available only until 3:00 PM.
