Super fun experience! I went here not knowing much about the sights in Iceland and came out feeling wanting to discover this island more. The experience was very interactive and the staff were very friendly and direct. It was super fun and it felt very real. I like how the water sprayed or wind blowed in our direction to make it seem like you were there. It shows a lot about the wonders of iceland and I definitely recommend coming here if you want to see the true beauties of this country.

FlyOver Iceland is a top-tier attraction in the Grandi harbour district that takes about 35 to 40 minutes total, starting with two storytelling pre-shows before the nine-minute flight simulation. The sensory effects, including cool mountain breezes, damp mist, and meadow scents, make soaring over the landscapes feel remarkably real. The premium upgrade is worth considering because it includes digital photos and a complimentary drink. It also gives you 15% off at the gift shop, though the merchandise prices felt somewhat inflated compared to other shops around town. Located an easy walk or quick bus ride from downtown Reykjavík near great cafés in Grandi, it is well worth booking ahead.

A few pieces of information for you... Parking is free. Toilets available. Cafe available Seating area whilst waiting. The whole experience lasts half an hour, and this includes a visual projection of Icelandic history. This part you stand up for. You're then seated into long rows of seats like a fair ride. You wear a seat belt. There's a storage net under each seat for a small bag, or jacket. The whole row of seats then move around as you view birds eye clips of Iceland, thus giving the feeling like you're flying. The seats do move around quite alot. One of our party actually felt travel sick during the experience. Its worth noting that if you're prone to this, anti sickness precautions would be advised. We felt the experience was good and worthwhile, however the initial history video scenes could be executed better to a more comfortable experience, rather than a dark crowded room with everyone standing.

Was the most beautiful experience I ever had and really well done. You can feel the water, the smell, sometimes your belly do somersault… I will suggest 100%! I have been at the Sphere in Las Vegas this is almost better if only was a bit longer would have been top!

Wow Wow WOW!!!! Absol-double-lutley freaking awesome! Flyover Iceland was a great Immersive experience, full motion cinema, sprays of mist, all combined to make it really feel like you flying over the beautiful diamond country. As we left the experience, we saw we could get 50% off a second experience. We took up the offer and flew over Chicago. Tbh, I was a bit like; we're in Iceland, why are we doing Chicago??? Well, let me tell ya... "We just got back from the windy city" and loved it!!! Brilliant!!! Must do!!!
