Great waterpark. We visited during low season, so there were plenty of room and not to bad queues for the rides most pf the day. They made everything feel really safe! They had a upper and lower weight limit for most rides and did a weigh-in for every party or person to make sure that it was within the limit. I think that it was great, it really showed that they was making sure that everything would work safely! The amount of life guards was also impressive, so everything screamed safety. Everything was clean. Plenty of toilets. Over all, a great experience for the entire family!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Family Day Out at Andamanda Phuket! We visited Andamanda Water Park in Phuket as a group of 10 people (9 adults and 1 child) from 3 families. Before going, we booked our tickets through Trip.com and got an excellent discounted price of only THB 1,136 per person. The booking process took about 30 minutes, and we paid using a credit card. We visited on a Monday, and choosing a weekday turned out to be a great decision. There was no queue at the entrance, and most rides had little to no waiting time throughout the day. The only attraction with a noticeable wait was Eagle Flyer, where we waited around 30 minutes. In my opinion, it is one of the best rides in the park and definitely not something you should miss. The park itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers a great variety of attractions for all ages. It is especially suitable for families with pre-teens and teenagers, but young adults will also have plenty of fun. The staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable and relaxing. Overall, Andamanda Phuket exceeded our expectations and provided a fantastic day out for our families. Highly recommended if you're visiting Phuket, especially on a weekday when crowds are smaller.

We had a fantastic day at this water park as a group of 10. We were expecting the park to be much bigger, so we were surprised to find there were only a handful of the larger thrill rides. Despite that, we still had a great time. One thing to be aware of is that guests are weighed before going on certain rides, as the combined weight of the group must meet either a 300 kg or 380 kg requirement, depending on the ride. We completely understand why this is necessary for safety, but unlike other water parks we've visited, the weighing takes place after you've climbed four flights of stairs. Unfortunately, this can be quite embarrassing for anyone who then has to walk back down if their group doesn't meet the requirements. The FlowRider was brilliant, and our little boy absolutely loved it. He eventually managed to get to the front of the queue after one person had been holding places for three or four children. For most of the day, the staff did a great job of preventing queue jumping, but on this occasion two separate families became quite intimidating towards both the staff and other guests who tried to help. That reflected far more on the behaviour of those individuals than on the staff, who remained calm and professional throughout. The staff across the entire park were excellent—friendly, attentive, and helpful all day long. There was also a wide variety of food available. While some options were quite expensive, there were plenty of reasonably priced choices too. Overall, we had a fabulous day and would definitely return if we visit Phuket again

⭐️ Andamanda Phuket – Very Disappointing Experience I was so excited to visit Andamanda Phuket, but unfortunately, the experience was very different from what I expected. We arrived very early, which meant we managed to go on around 4 rides before the crowds arrived. The park is quite small compared with some water parks I’ve visited in Portugal, but it was still good fun. Unfortunately, our enjoyment ended after about 2 hours. While we were at the lazy river waiting for floats, five men simply pushed in front of me and my daughter to get floats first. In doing so, they actually hurt my daughter. There was no queue for them, and the lifeguard standing right there saw everything but did nothing. I understand that different cultures have different ways of doing things, but respect should be universal. There was absolutely no respect shown towards us, and I was very disappointed that the staff did not step in or enforce the rules. What upset me most was that my daughter became very distressed and panicked, and the staff did nothing to help or support her. We paid a lot of money for this experience, only to leave after around 2 hours feeling upset and disappointed. I would strongly encourage Andamanda management to train their team to enforce the rules properly and step in when guests are being disrespectful or putting others at risk. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Andamanda Phuket and I will not be returning.

Having visited numerous water parks across Asia, we can confidently say this is now one of our favorites! The tickets are reasonably priced given the sheer variety of attractions. For those staying in Phuket, the park offers hassle-free tickets that include hotel pick-up and drop-off; alternatively, there is ample parking if you prefer to drive. Seating: Sun loungers are free and scattered throughout the park. Premium Options: If you want a private base, cabanas rent for approximately 2,000 THB, while "villas" go for 10,000 THB. However, if you're spending most of your time on the slides, these aren't strictly necessary. Storage: Large lockers are available for 200 THB—spacious enough for a full backpack. Dining: Food and drinks are fair. Opting for Thai dishes is nearly half the price of Western meals. The cocktails (starting at 250 THB) are quite strong; my gin and tonic was nearly one-third gin! Safety: No loose items are allowed on rides, including glasses, phones, or slippers. Height Requirements: Most major slides require children to be at least 122 cm. Our son is 110 cm, so he missed out on the big thrills, but there were still plenty of dedicated areas for smaller children to enjoy. The park opens at 10:00 AM. Even during the low season, it gets quite crowded by midday, so we recommend arriving early to beat the rush!
