Full Day Hanoi City Tour SIC

Unreliable and confusing ​Very frustrating experience. There are no concrete addresses for stops, and they are rarely located at the actual sites. The website lacks a timetable, and the staff provided inaccurate wait times (claimed 60 minutes, but the bus arrived in 30). Furthermore, physical tickets must be collected from the Opera House stop. Unless you start at the first stop, the lack of info makes this service nearly impossible to navigate. Busses are not clean. For this price, it's terrible.

I love the weather! I recommend that you travel to hanoi between late Nov to early Dec for the cool weather!

Such a fun trip around Hanoi, the bus is very confortable, especially with the AC! Bach, the tour guide, was incredible friendly!
