Since we went during the school holiday season, the park was extremely crowded. I highly recommend purchasing tickets online in advance, as the walk-in ticket queues can be very long. If you are buying tickets on-site, be prepared to wait patiently. One of the biggest strengths of the park is the wide variety of attractions available. There are rides and activities suitable for different age groups, from young children to adults. However, parents with younger kids should pay close attention to the height requirements, as not all rides are suitable for smaller children. Some attractions also require children to be accompanied by a parent or guardian if they do not meet certain requirements. A convenient feature is that ticket holders are allowed to exit and re enter the park, making it easy to take a break, enjoy a meal, or rest before continuing with the rides. There are food and beverage kiosks available inside the theme park, while a larger food court can be found just outside nearby, offering more dining options for visitors. The park offers a good mix of attractions, ranging from family friendly rides and children’s activities to more thrilling and extreme experiences for adventure seekers. Fun, Well-Maintained Indoor Escape at Skytropolis ​I recently visited Skytropolis at Genting Highlands, and it’s a fantastic indoor attraction. The park feels very modern, clean, and well-maintained, which makes for a comfortable environment regardless of the unpredictable weather outside. ​What I really appreciated is the flexibility in how you can enjoy the park. You aren't forced into an expensive bundle if you don't want to be; you have the option to purchase tickets for attractions individually. This "pay-per-ride" model is great if you only have a little bit of time or just want to try a few specific rides. However, if you plan on spending several hours there, they do offer an unlimited ride pass that offers better value. ​The park has a great mix of rides suitable for all ages, ranging from gentle family-friendly options to more intense thrill rides for those looking for an adrenaline rush. Whether you are traveling with family or just looking for a bit of fun, it’s a bright, energetic, and highly convenient spot to spend an afternoon.

Overall, I think this place is suitable for all ages with some rides being catered to small kids, and some rides are going extremely fast suitable for brave teens and young adults. Service is overall good because despite the amount of people here they keep lines as short as possible, and have many registers open to get tickets for rides. Also, there are many different kinds of rides, even some being walking around in a small area filled with dinosaurs. I’ll agree there are some parts to fix for example, some metal is rusting should be replaced with new metal. But despite this low of skytropolis, the sheer amount and diversity of rides more than make up for it. There are rides ranging from slow boats in the sky and a small Dino themed cinema to extreme roller coasters that flip you around many times a second. In skytropolis, you can either individually buy a ticket for a specific ride or you can buy a voucher that lasts of the whole day and gives you a privilege of writing any and every roller coaster you want as many times you want. also, for the adults near the exit of skytropolis, there is a sky casino for you to legally gamble. Overall the staff are helpful and informative

Very glitzy, flashy and a must-visit place if you love themed attractions. They have arcades which includes VR gaming, claw machines etc. You can also do some shopping as they have branded stores as well as super shops like Watsons, Guardian. Food is a bit pricey compared to KL but that’s expected.
