Great place and very helpful staff! Gentlemen at the counter really took time to understand my request and thanks to him I saved 10 euros and bought a necessary card. If I was alone I would have picked a more expensive option! Also he gave me the metro map for free! Perfect!

If 1st tine to Amsterdam pop in and get a day pass for trams and buses only €10 a day even cheaper if you do 2or more days great way to get around and explore Amsterdam. They also have a rack of mini cards that give you discounts on entry free to attractions. I picked up a card €13.50 for a day and caught tge bus 20-25min not stop and drops you of to see the windmills plus each stop you can pick up the next bus. Its a big saving from €45 regonal and windmill tour for 5.5hrs. Doing it yourself you can go at your own pace.

Don't come to Amsterdam as a tourist in the summer because it is both expensive and you have to travel on uncomfortable trams. In 30-degree heat, you end up sticky and sweaty in trams without air conditioning. On top of that, you have to deal with arrogant and rude staff inside the trams

In the tram they only selling 1 hr or 24 hr tickets. If you have put the infrastructure and a staff, what stops from selling the tourists 2-7 days pass onbard the tram? Unnecessarily a traveler/ tourist has to pay extra because they are new and don't know where to go and buy. Tram staff- some are nice and some are rude!!!
