After reading some reviews, I bought the ticket online in advance, which turned out to be a good decision because entering the station was quick and convenient.\n\nHowever, the service experience was mixed. Right after the entrance, staff directed us to stand in front of a green screen and quickly took two photos without explaining much. It felt rushed and unnecessary, and the photos later looked poorly edited, so we had no interest in buying them.\n\nBoarding the cable car was also stressful because the cabins did not fully stop. You have to step in quickly, which can feel unsafe, especially for older visitors or families with children.\n\nThe ocean view during the ride is genuinely beautiful and matches the images you see online. But when looking toward the island side, the contrast is obvious. From above, you can see residential areas and waste along the coast, which reflects a larger trash problem that Phu Quoc seems to be facing.\n\nSun World itself felt very commercial and still under heavy construction. Many areas looked unfinished, with empty buildings and ongoing development across the island.\n\nOne important warning: if you plan to leave close to 5 PM, expect a long and chaotic queue. When we returned around 4:30 PM, there was almost no queue management and very little security presence. People were pushing forward, and at one point a serious fight broke out in the line right in front of families and children. I visited Ba Na Hills last summer and found Sun World is good at creating these kind of giant stuff.
