I had great experience in this park. This place is such a cool mix of fun and learning. It’s an interactive work experience park where you get to try out real jobs experience from current market before stepping into the real work experience after high school graduate. The hands-on activities & skills demonstration make individuals gain confidence and familiarity with work expectations. Overall, it stands out as a creative and socially valuable activities. It combines amusement with meaningful skill-building, ensuring that visitors leave with both memories and practical insights.

This is our very first time here and we came during the weekdays. There is a basement parking here so spaces are plentiful. The place is suitable for children to learn and have fun by doing role-plays for more than 60 activities. The place is clean, lively, and it literally felt like an indoor theme park upon entering. The cleanliness also extends to the toilets and there are handicap toilets for those who need it. Parents can rest at eateries, the cinema, and even the parent lounge but truth be told, whether you are handling alone or taking turns with your spouse to look after your child, there would not be plenty to time to rest, regardless. For families with a wheelchair or stroller, an elevator is provided to bring you to the first floor where there are more kids activities available. Onto the negatives, firstly, I understand every employee at any workplace will have bad days, burnout, boredom, and more when it comes to doing the same job over and over again. With all due respect, it is not our job to teach the employees how to be positive and self-motivating. Some of the employees here (dental area for example) had sour faces and couldn’t smile after a long day of handling the children but like it or not, they are professionals and have a job to do. Some of the area that require you to pay with real money are expensive. Example, RM20 for the Baskin Robbins activity where the children can’t do anything other than select a scoop of ice-cream and applying the toppings themselves is just ridiculous. We went with it to give our child some experience but this should be a 1-time activity for parents since RM20 can get you close to 2 scoops of ice-cream if you buy it directly. Not only that, there were some cumbersome activities that I recommend avoiding during peak hours or just ignore it altogether. The activity that involves driving a car should be avoided due to how time wasting it is but you can certainly do the other available activity there (fixing the vehicle tires). In order to drive the actual vehicle, you have to pass 2 other activities (optimax eye specialist and driving simulator). My child completed the optical part easily but had to wait for over 45 minutes in front of the driving simulator area so you can imagine how impatient and noisy she got towards the end and I felt really bad about it. For the simulator, there are 5 seats to accommodate 5 children but not all were used at the same time and it did not help that there is only 1 instructor to guide them. You essentially have to drive seriously by paying attention to the speed limit, traffic lights, etc instead of just going full speed all the time which is not something the younger kids will understand easily. We ended up abandoning this activity after hearing a customer telling us that only 8 children passed the simulator the entire day which is insanity in itself. I saw 2 children who passed the simulator just recklessly driving the actual cars full speed by overtaking and bumping into each other to have fun. They did not even bother slowing down or stopping at the gas station and traffic lights which says it all. Every activity here has tasks and requirements but children just want to have casual fun in some activities without all the restrictions in place. Some changes and improvements for the car driving and simulator area is urgently needed. The food is another matter I want to bring up because there is a lack of variety on what we can eat. The subway bread runs out pretty fast so most people were eating A&W but I saw the staffs placing pre-prepared sundaes and soft drinks on the counter top so the sundaes were melting while the drinks were running out of fizz before people even ordered it. If the shoes were swapped, would the employees here accept and pay for that type of food standard? You tell me. To end things off, despite all the flaws mentioned above, many of the activities were fun for our children so we will still come again in the future.

My experience at KidZania Kuala Lumpur was really fun and different from normal theme parks. It’s an indoor “kid-sized city” where children can try real-life jobs like pilot, firefighter, doctor, chef, police officer, and many more. There are more than 60 role-play activities available for kids aged 4 to 17 years old. One of the most exciting parts was earning and spending KidZos, which is the currency used inside KidZania. It made the experience feel realistic because kids learn how to work, save money, and manage expenses while having fun. The environment was very interactive and educational. Every activity was designed to build confidence, teamwork, communication skills, and creativity. The aviation and firefighter activities were especially popular because they felt very realistic and immersive. Besides being entertaining, KidZania is also a good place for family bonding and learning outside the classroom. Many parents describe it as both educational and enjoyable for children.

I could not recommend this to anybody else and can anyone explain why the adult is charge so much expensive when the adults are not the one playing and not even can Queue on behalf? It is too many people even on weekday! Because of those school holiday tour, the boys are all so lost control, the teacher are helping them to line up while the boy is run here and there which is break the rules and when the student come, it is not one, it is at least 3-6 person then we have to line up again! Don’t waste time doing face painting and it is expensive too cost the real money about RM 30 and it is ugly and it just the cheap tools and cheap color, and the tools didn’t not change or clean. Per drawing is around 15 minute and some which is hand writing is use 20-30min per face which you can at least attend one or two game Cabin crew - no one , no remark anywhere there the job is available at 5pm and it is not start on time and it is working only! For Japan the parents can be the guest but not sure why Malaysia cannot??? The uniform is not clean as you can see the color is greyish although the waiter job just newly establish in 2025, not even one year from now, and the button have gone missing and no replacement! Inefficient! Can’t any store just for courier delivery ? Because the worker there are so busy and disturbance when there is too many parcel delivery! Limited time slot for fashion show those. Become too commercialising, the news reporting become some sort of VR which cost RM 20 (real money) Senior - you have to present to the counter and the counter can register for you which have to wait 5-10 min is so damn long! And why can’t just like the rest just update by ourself with clear instructions! Last, feedback with the QR to CEO? Ha! Don’t be too naive to believe this! no one bother your email, which I did send email complaint about the pilot which some screen is fake and no one reply my email and this year the pilot screen still the same, one real one fake…

We had a wonderful experience at KidZania! My daughter had so much fun exploring the different activities, and everything was well organized, safe, and engaging. A special thank you to staff Auni for being so kind, patient, and friendly. She made us feel very welcome and went the extra mile to help us. Her warm smile and excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you, Auni, and the KidZania team, for creating such a memorable experience. We can't wait to visit again!
