KL Tower is one of the best attractions in Kuala Lumpur and is absolutely worth visiting. I visited on a weekday afternoon, and there was no waiting, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The views from the top are simply breathtaking. The open-air Sky Terrace offers spectacular panoramic views of the city skyline, while the enclosed Observation Deck is a great alternative with equally impressive views and a souvenir shop to browse after your visit. The Sky Box is the highlight and a must-try! Standing inside the glass box with the city beneath you makes for an unforgettable experience. Professional photographers are available to capture stunning photos using both their camera and your own phone, and you can choose to purchase beautifully presented photo books afterward. One important tip: the Sky Terrace closes during rainy weather. If you’re visiting during the rainy season or have a tight schedule, it’s worth booking the combo ticket that includes both the Sky Terrace and the Observation Deck. That way, even if the Sky Terrace is closed, you can still enjoy the incredible city views from indoors. Also, buying tickets directly from the official website is the best option. The staff were friendly and professional, the facilities were clean and well maintained, and the entire visit was well organized. Watching Kuala Lumpur from above—especially around sunset as the city lights begin to glow—is an unforgettable experience. A must-visit attraction for anyone visiting the city!

A great experience with amazing views of Kuala Lumpur! The observatory is well organized, and the view of the Petronas Towers from above is truly impressive. However, the ticket prices for non-Malaysians are quite expensive compared to the overall experience. There is also an extra RM10 charge for the glass box, which is only informed upon arrival, and payment is only available by card. Despite the higher costs, it is still worth visiting for the beautiful views and memorable experience. Just be prepared for the additional charges if you are visiting as a tourist.

KL Tower is an absolute must-visit attraction in Kuala Lumpur! 🌆✨ The views from the top are simply breathtaking, offering spectacular panoramic vistas of the skyline, including iconic landmarks like the Petronas Twin Towers and Merdeka 118. Both the open-air Sky Terrace and the enclosed Observation Deck are well-organized and fantastic for pictures. Visiting late afternoon around 3:30–4:00 PM or after sunset guarantees magical lighting and sunset views. Pre-booking tickets makes the entry seamless with minimal queues, and the free shuttle service from the main entrance to the lobby is super convenient. A truly 5-star experience! 🗼📸🌅

Good views from the top, can see entire city view. Recommended to purchase tickets via Klook as I found prices cheaper there. It has a separate ticket for glass bottom experience, though not recommended - Would suggest to try that experience in Langkawi, on SkyBridge. If not visiting there, can consider. Not recommended to purchase the Medallion coins. DO NOT take any luggage as lockers are quite costly too. On the ground level, it's a pleasant area to breathe in some fresh air with serene views.

My family and I visited in the evening after 9:00 PM. There are cafés and shops selling souvenirs and local delicacies downstairs. The view from the top is absolutely breathtaking. The elevator is incredibly fast. We also booked a table in advance at the revolving restaurant at the top of the tower. The price is quite reasonable. The food is fantastic, with an incredibly wide selection of dishes, and the experience of slowly revolving around the tower is simply unforgettable.
