- Passengers must arrive at the location at least 30 minutes before the departure time

- The service provider is not responsible for any non-operational components due to technical or weather issues
- No refunds are given for partially used services and there is a 100% no-show fee if the guest does not show up at the scheduled time
- Love Boat reserves the right to change the vessel for a booking
- Love Boat follows UAE Coast Guard Authority guidelines for customer comfort and safety, including speed restrictions at certain points along the marina
- Life jackets must be worn by all passengers (provided on location)
- Ride time may be reduced if passengers are late
- Tickets received from Love Boats must be brought on the day of the ride
- Terms & Conditions:
- Children aged 3 to 11 years old are eligible for a child ticket. Children under 3 years old are not allowed for safety purposes.
- Advance booking is required at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.
- Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance, and are only acceptable once and subject to availability.
- Love Boat may need to reschedule or cancel your booking due to operational issues or weather conditions. If this occurs, they will attempt to rearrange your booking. If this is not possible, any fees paid will be refunded in full.
- Pregnant women, heart patients, and those with backaches are not recommended for the tour.
- All children must be accompanied by an adult.
- In the event of an emergency return to the operating location or another location along the route, Love Boats will not be responsible for replacement tickets or refunds.
- Passengers who miss the scheduled departure time are not eligible for rescheduling or a refund, and Love Boats will prioritize all customers based on their booking times and not allow late-running clients to impact later departure times.
- Insurance/Liability:
- Love Boat will not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries that may occur during the operation of the boat, including but not limited to loss of profit, damage to personal property, and personal injuries to passengers.
- Comfort and Wellbeing:
- Passengers will not be permitted to board if Love Boats find that the individual has:
- Love Boat will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the operation of the service, including but not limited to loss of profit, property damage, or personal injury.
- Individuals who have been convicted of a crime that could impact the safety or enjoyment of other visitors will not be allowed on the boat.
- Any behavior that could affect the safety or enjoyment of other visitors, including threatening or abusive words or actions, will not be tolerated.
- Love Boat reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who are disrespectful or aggressive towards crew members.
- Smoking is not allowed on the boat or boarding platform.
- Pets, except for guide or hearing dogs, are not allowed on the boat or boarding platform without permission.
- Love Boat will not be held responsible for weather conditions during the experience.
- Medical Conditions & Pregnancy:
- Customers must disclose any medical or other conditions that could cause injury or worsen during the trip
- Pregnant women and those with back or heart issues are not allowed on Love Boats for safety reasons
- Passengers must inform Love Boats of any medical conditions or disabilities, including dizziness, epilepsy, back or bone issues, and diabetes, before booking
- Clothing and Safety Equipment:
- Wear clothes that are suitable for the weather conditions, as it is generally cooler on the sea and very hot in the summer. Make sure your clothing is not damaged by water or sun exposure.
- Please note that if life jackets are intentionally inflated or damaged without an emergency occurring, and you are the lead name on the booking, you will be charged AED 500.00 per jacket.
Cancellation Policy
- If the tickets are cancelled after booking, 100% charges will be applied.
- This attraction has a strict no cancellation policy and cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted.
