Mandai Explorer Pass

Awesome park with an incredible variety of birds, from penguins to parrots. We were here for about 5 hours, the place is huge, so plan to spend a good bit of the day. There are nice air-conditioned areas between each park of the park, so you can cool down & read information about the birds. Definitely worth doing in Singapore & excellent if you're a photographer. Be aware that birds may land on you, I had two hopping on me for a while.

It is a truly breathtaking experience from start to finish! ​What makes this park so spectacular is its incredibly thoughtful layout, which is cleverly organized by continents. Instead of traditional enclosures, you walk through massive, immersive aviaries that perfectly replicate the natural habitats of the regions they represent. The scale is unbelievable, and you feel completely transported as you move from one continent to the next. ​The variety of wildlife is astounding. We were particularly captivated by the magnificent, vibrant parrots, but every single aviary is teeming with incredibly healthy, active birds flying freely right around you. The design allows you to observe them up close in a way that feels completely natural and highly respectful to the animals. ​The lush landscaping, the giant walk-through environments, and the incredible avian encounters make this a five-star experience in every sense. We have traveled far and wide, but Bird Paradise has set an entirely new global standard. An absolute must-visit

Visited Bird Paradise in Singapore last year and unexpectedly became a full-time bird paparazzi for the day. 🦜📸 This place is HUGE, beautifully designed, and honestly feels less like a bird park and more like entering different countries through bird-themed worlds. Every section has its own vibe, climate, and species categories — from colorful parrots screaming louder than tourists to elegant flamingos casually posing like influencers. 😂 What really stood out was how immersive the walking trails are. You’re not just looking at birds from far away… sometimes THEY are looking at YOU. Some birds fly so close you start questioning who actually paid for the ticket. 🫣 The entire Mandai setup is extremely clean, organized, and perfect for couples or families who enjoy slow exploration and photography. We spent hours just wandering through the trails and still felt like we missed things. BUT… small warning nobody prepared us for: ⚡ The wooden walking trails can randomly give static electric shocks. Nothing dangerous, but after getting zapped a few times, we started touching railings like we were diffusing bombs in an action movie. 😂 Highlights: ✔️ Massive variety of birds ✔️ Stunning themed aviaries ✔️ Great walking experience ✔️ Very photogenic place ✔️ Surprisingly educational without being boring Wear comfortable shoes because you’ll walk A LOT… and probably leave with 700 bird photos and zero idea which bird was which. 🦅😂 Definitely one of the most unique wildlife experiences in Singap

A wonderful experience to see the interactive engagement with many of the birds from all over the world. A massive aviary that requires at least a half a day to experience. Lack of signage can make the dual level experience a bit confusing. There are lots of breakout areas for food, and egg splash has a great kids water park. Book early via the official website and residents get a discount and food/shop voucher. Book you desired feeding session, I recommend the lorikeets

Had an amazing day at Singapore Mandai Bird Paradise! The park is beautifully laid out, and it’s a paradise for bird lovers. The 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM shows are a must-see — the birds’ performances were entertaining, educational, and truly impressive. Some highlights for me were the Penguin Cove, where you can get up close to the adorable penguins, and the Flamingo enclosure — their colors are breathtaking. I also loved exploring the Hong Kong Wetland area, which felt like stepping into a mini ecosystem full of diverse birds. There’s a great variety of other birds throughout the park, each with informative displays that make learning fun for both kids and adults. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole park is clean and well-maintained. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Singapore — it’s a peaceful, educational, and fun experience for everyone!
