This is a difficult venue to rate. From a visual experience, it can be very stimulating and cool to see, beginning on the outside with the koi pond and the golden signs. The setting is very picturesque. Once you enter the park, there are really two primary sections: 1. Almost exclusively vendors, so it feels like you're trapped in an outlet mall, just going from one vendor to another. Some vendors are outside in carts, and others are indoors. There is a cool vendor who makes glass figurines while you watch. 2. The second part of the park is where the huge restaurant is, as well as the elephant palace and the actual elephants, where you can ride elephants. There is also a theatrical production of a traditional Thai myth, which is a really cool experience and definitely worth going to the park solely for. We purchased a package deal that included the show and a buffet meal. This park is definitely more of a cultural experience than a "ride park." The theatrical experience is worth the visit alone.

The main show was extra ordinary.. buffet food was good with halal options.. more shops to buy souvenirs and take elephant rides or feed animals. Camera not allowed during mainshow

Great experience however expect to spend quite a bit inside the park. The buffet dinner is average, signature cocktail is way too sweet. The show is incredible however perhaps a little outdated compared to Carnival Magic. If you're choosing between the two parks, do the latter. I think the animals all look well-taken care of & happy but I'm still left wondering if we should be using them in shows in this day & age.

The show is the only thing really worth the cost and time. The buffet is of low quality with quite expensive alcoholic drinks. The rest of the carnival area is really for little kids and has very low quality carnival prizes. Without the show it would have received a 2 max 3 star. I have added the pictures.

The show was at 9pm. Some of the audience had babies and small children. Which ment everyone in a row of chairs would have to get up so they could leave. Not sure why infants and toddlers are allowed, or why a parent would bring a small child to a 9pm show thats loud and theatrical. Maybe a day or early evening session would have suited them more. Chairs are old and dont fold up easy. The show was good, theatrical and very loud, but it seemed long and hard to follow as the story was not in English. It was an experience, as we took a tuktuk, but we wont do it again.
