I visited Rainforest Wild Asia in Singapore and was really impressed by how natural, immersive, and thoughtfully planned the entire experience is. The layout makes it feel like you are truly stepping into a rainforest, while still being very well organised and easy to explore. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the visit, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. I especially interacted more with Theresa and Amirah, Moss, who stood out for their warmth, patience( apologies if I’ve misspelt names), who was equally friendly and professional. And Lily, Irfan etc from East rainforest. The experience was also very well guided in terms of instructions and safety. Clear signage and staff guidance made it easy to understand the routes and follow the rules. Visitors are reminded to stay on designated paths, follow safety instructions at all times, and be mindful of the natural environment, which helps ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for everyone. One thing that stood out strongly is how well-planned everything is, especially in terms of animal wellbeing. The entire environment feels designed with great care to minimise stress on the animals, giving them space that closely resembles their natural habitat while ensuring visitors can observe them respectfully from a safe distance. I also appreciated the addition of the East Zone, which features a variety of fun activities such as interactive nature-based experiences, exploration trails, and engaging learning spots that make the visit even more enjoyable for both adults and children. Overall, it’s a beautifully curated attraction that combines nature, learning, safety, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Singapore.

Visited Rainforest Wild Adventure WEST today and honestly had such a fun and surprisingly immersive experience. The moment you step into the place, you’re greeted by a stunning waterfall at the Entrance Gorge which immediately sets the mood for the adventure ahead. We were warmly welcomed by Ryana, who gave us a quick introduction to the park and recommended the best trekking route for us based on what we wanted to experience. Really appreciated how friendly and approachable she was. We went on the Log Crossing Trek and it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable parts of the park. Crossing through water streams, rocks and fallen logs made the whole place feel like an actual rainforest adventure. Even though the environment is man-made, it was impressively natural-looking while still feeling safe and accessible for visitors. The highlight of our trip was definitely the Canopy Jump at Rock Cascade. Huge shoutout to the instructors Yana, Aedy and Heiken, along with the rest of the team, for being incredibly professional, patient and assuring throughout the experience. They walked us through every safety protocol thoroughly and made us feel completely safe and in good hands before taking the leap. We also loved spotting the animals throughout the trails — especially the Malayan sun bear, the massive Malayan tapir and the François’ langurs around The Karsts area. Ended the trip at The Cavern, which was honestly the perfect way to wind down after all the trekking. The cool air-conditioned cave-like environment was such a nice contrast from the outdoor adventure and made for a really peaceful ending to the visit. Overall, a really unique experience that combines nature, adventure and wildlife all in one. Definitely worth visiting if you enjoy light trekking and immersive outdoor activities.

My sister & I enjoyed the Wild Cavern Adventure. There was a full crew of 8 facilitators stationed throughout the cave, and they were knowledgeable & approachable. Caving was a beginner friendly, including stooping, abseiling, and cable crawling across an abyss. We always felt safe, even in complete darkness. This was a surprise as we signed up for Wild Apex Adventure but were kindly redirected due to a lightning risk alert. My parents were happy to join the guided tour before the caving activity, adding context to the cave structures. My family spent a full day at Rainforest Wild Asia. We walked both the elevated walkways and trekked the trails below. We were able to spot the Malayan Tapir from 4 different routes! This attraction definitely provides a sense of adventure & discovery. The food court served good food with a view of the python exhibit, as well as a bird exhibit. We were entertained by a squirrel that snuck in & its shenanigans with a bigger bird. Highly recommend!

I had so much fun at Rainforest Wild Adventure! The combination of trekking & viewing animals made for a really enjoy experience. I bought my ticket through Klook, but it didn’t include the adventure activities such as rock climbing and other games. These required an additional SGD10 per activity. Looking back, it might be better to purchase tickets directly from Mandai, as some packages include all the adventure activities and offer better value. I started my visit around 2:00 PM and stayed until 6:00 PM. Time flew by! The park was relaxing, well-designed, and a great place to slow down and enjoy nature while observing the animals. Will be back to explore the East side on my next visit!

I visited on the 26th and had a wonderful experience. There weren't many animals, so if that's what you're looking for, go to the zoo. That said, it was a fun walk through the park and spotting animals in various habitats. We were lucky to see tigers thrice (apparently there are 3 of them, not sure if we caught all 3 or saw the same one twice). Seeing animals really depends on chance encounters! The five stars from this review though, comes from the dedicated staff working there. We attended the ranger talk at canopy by park ranger Bambi, who kindly shared many facts about the primates under her care. We then missed the talk at the watering hole, but park ranger Qistina was really nice and answered all our questions about the sun bear. You can just tell that the rangers truly care about their work and are more than happy to talk to visitors. We then went for the cavern adventure, which was led by our guide Fareisha. This lasted about 2 hours, where there were three main activities - the traverse 10m abseiling, and a zip across a hole (forgot the term for this). There was quite a bit of waiting time with 8 of us in the tour. The max is 12 persons at a time. Our guide shared many facts about caves with us, which was fun to learn. She was also super friendly and funny and made the entire experience much more enjoyable. If you're looking for something different and like a nice walk in nature, visit!
