Shared Genting Highlands Tour

Super comfy rooms with great views. Staffs are helpful but you’ll need to wait in line as there are lot of guests. Upgraded my room to quads as their king rooms only facing parking. Intercom provided in the room didn’t work. Location is only 2-3 min walk from Skyworlds theme park and 10-15 min from indoor activities. They have self check in and check out that saves time.

The room options is very family friendly, and can fit up to 5-6 per room (for the sixers option). Disclaimer though, the sixers rooms bunk bed can only hold up to 80kg. The beds were comfortable, with up to 3 pillows, and there was even a mini bolster. Since the location is high up the mountains, the room was naturally cold and breezy without any AC. Keep in mind that there is no breakfast here. However there is a breakfast buffet at a seperate location that is accesible through the sky avenue mall. The location is indeed very convinient and close to the sky world themepark (just a 5 minute walk away)

Resorts World Genting is a great place to stay if you want to experience the excitement and activities of Genting Highlands. The hotel offers beautiful views of the surrounding highlands, and the cool weather makes the stay even more enjoyable. One of the biggest advantages is the convenient location, with plenty of activities, entertainment options, shopping, restaurants, and attractions available nearby. It is a good choice for families and visitors who want everything within easy reach without needing to travel around too much. The atmosphere is lively, and there is always something to explore and enjoy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the views, location, and the variety of activities available around the resort. Recommended for anyone visiting Genting Highlands and looking for a convenient place to stay.

Genting Highlands is a beautiful, massive, and prominent destination in Malaysia, located about a 50 km (almost 1-hour) taxi ride from Kuala Lumpur. It offers luxurious accommodation, scenic cable cars, indoor and outdoor theme parks with exciting rides, a large shopping mall featuring many well-known international brands, and a huge variety of restaurants serving cuisines from around the world. One of the highlights of my visit was trying snail soup for the first time. I had no idea it was actually snail soup until my sister told me afterwards! 😅 Surprisingly, I really enjoyed it. The breathtaking views of the lush green hills were my favourite part of the trip, especially while riding the cable car. As the name suggests, Genting Highlands is located high in the mountains, and it's impressive to see how such a large entertainment destination was engineered and built there. Because of the high altitude, the weather is noticeably cooler and often foggy, creating a beautiful atmosphere that almost makes you feel as if you're in another country. Overall, I had an amazing experience. The only issue I encountered was transportation when it was time to leave. Late at night, I tried booking a taxi through the Grab app, but very few drivers were available. It was quite stressful because it was getting late, although we eventually managed to get a taxi. I would recommend introducing a 24-hour transport assistance service, where staff could help guests book taxis, or having a small fleet of taxis or minibuses on-site to provide transport to Kuala Lumpur whenever needed. Apart from that, everything else was top class. I would definitely recommend Genting Highlands to anyone visiting Malaysia! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family had such an amazing experience at Genting Highlands. The weather was cool and refreshing, the views were absolutely beautiful, and the whole resort atmosphere felt magical, especially at night. What made this trip extra special was seeing the happiness on the children’s faces. They were so excited exploring the attractions, enjoying the rides, and spending quality time together as a family. These are truly the kind of memories children will remember for a long time. From the lights, entertainment, food, and peaceful mountain scenery, everything created such a warm and joyful family experience. The staff were friendly, the facilities were well maintained, and there were so many activities for both adults and kids. It’s the perfect place to relax, have fun, and create unforgettable memories with loved ones. Thank you Genting Highlands for giving our family such a beautiful and meaningful holiday.
