We enjoyed taking our time identifying landmarks and seeing London from an entirely different perspective. The staff were friendly, and the experience was well organized.\nTickets can be expensive, but the incredible views make this a memorable experience, especially for a first visit to London. I was lucky enough to join a presentation led by Chris, who was excellent and truly a London expert. He brought the whole experience to life with his humour and deep knowledge. If you get time for a visit and Chris is available, I would definitely recommend asking for his tour.\n\nOne of the highlights for me was getting access up to the 72nd floor. The views were absolutely breathtaking, offering a full panoramic look across London’s skyline. What made it even more special was the storytelling—there were lots of fascinating details about the construction of The Shard and insights into the history and significance of key buildings across the city.\n\nA fun and unexpected bonus: the toilets genuinely have some of the best views in London!\n\nI also really enjoyed sitting down for coffee and cake while taking in the scenery—it’s not often you get such a combination of great refreshments and world-class views.\n\nOverall, a memorable visit and highly recommended.
