The signage is clear, making navigation effortless, and immigration and security processes are smooth and quick. The airport offers an outstanding range of shopping and dining options, beautiful architecture, comfortable seating, spotless restrooms, and plenty of spaces to relax. Even long layovers feel enjoyable thanks to the excellent facilities and welcoming atmosphere. Every member of the staff I encountered was courteous and helpful, making the entire travel experience seamless. Changi isn’t just an airport - it’s a destination in itself. An absolute benchmark for airports worldwide. Highly recommended! ✈️

I've been to Singapore three times, and I never get tired of transiting through Changi Airport. Every visit reminds me why it's considered one of the best airports in the world. One of my favorite parts is Jewel. No matter how many times I see it, the Rain Vortex is still breathtaking. It's the perfect place to spend a layover, whether you're exploring, shopping, eating, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The airport itself is incredibly clean, efficient, and easy to navigate. I was also impressed by the automated immigration gates, which made the arrival and departure process much faster and smoother. It's a small thing, but it really improves the overall travel experience. There are plenty of facilities, comfortable resting areas, and food options, making even a long layover enjoyable rather than tiring. I've already been here three times, and I honestly don't think I'll ever get bored of Changi Airport and Jewel. They make transit feel like part of the holiday instead of just waiting for the next flight. Looking forward to coming back again!

The staff were friendly and helpful, immigration was quick, and the facilities were world-class. Jewel Changi is absolutely stunning—the Rain Vortex and indoor gardens are a must-see. There are plenty of great dining and shopping options, comfortable seating areas, and every detail seems designed to make travelers feel relaxed. This is one of the few airports where you actually want to spend extra time instead of rushing through. It was the perfect start and end to our Singapore trip. Highly recommended!

The audible walkalators are a thoughtful addition, ensuring accessibility and convenience for all passengers. Facilities are top-notch across the board. Washrooms are consistently clean, modern, and well-maintained, reflecting a strong commitment to hygiene. The overall ambience is welcoming and calming, with thoughtfully designed spaces that elevate the travel experience. Changi also excels in retail and dining options, offering an impressive range of duty-free outlets and F&B choices that cater to diverse tastes and preferences. Charging stations are conveniently located throughout the airport, ensuring travelers can stay connected at all times. Small improvements or feedback can be when at final boarding at boarding gate - personnel were making announcement which may not be audible to all waiting passengers. With its attention to detail, operational excellence, and passenger-centric approach, it’s no surprise that Changi Airport continues to be recognized as one of the best in the world by Skytrax in 2026. A truly world-class travel hub that consistently exceeds expectations having been awarded the same award 13 times on previous editions. Truly a feat that other airports around the world can emulate.

Changi Airport is a fantastic place to shop. It features a free cinema, a small garden, and importantly, all three terminals are connected by a miniature train that takes you through a waterfall. There are also many duty-free shops with friendly staff. If you're transiting or have a long time before your flight, you should definitely check it out.
