Changi Airport truly lives up to its reputation as one of the world’s best airports. From the moment you step in, everything is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and incredibly efficient. The signage is clear, making navigation effortless, and immigration and security processes are smooth and quick. The airport offers an outstanding range of shopping and dining options, beautiful architecture, comfortable seating, spotless restrooms, and plenty of spaces to relax. Even long layovers feel enjoyable thanks to the excellent facilities and welcoming atmosphere. Every member of the staff I encountered was courteous and helpful, making the entire travel experience seamless. Changi isn’t just an airport - it’s a destination in itself. An absolute benchmark for airports worldwide. Highly recommended! ✈️

My favourite airport in the entire world Singapore Changi Airport is truly in a league of its own. It is, without a doubt, my favourite airport in the entire world. What makes it so special is that you do not need to spend money to enjoy your time there. Everything is designed to keep you comfortable, entertained, and relaxed. Free water, beautiful orchids, cosy carpets everywhere, and plenty of seating make it incredibly welcoming. There is always something to explore. From the butterfly garden to movie areas, the Skytrain rides between terminals, and the many quiet corners where you can simply unwind, it never feels like a typical airport. There are also countless charging stations, which makes travelling so much easier. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed. It is clean, calm, and incredibly well organised, creating a stress free experience from start to finish. A huge thank you to everyone behind this airport. The level of care, attention, and planning is outstanding. Simply put, Changi Airport sets the standard for what an airport should be.

I've been to Singapore three times, and I never get tired of transiting through Changi Airport. Every visit reminds me why it's considered one of the best airports in the world. One of my favorite parts is Jewel. No matter how many times I see it, the Rain Vortex is still breathtaking. It's the perfect place to spend a layover, whether you're exploring, shopping, eating, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The airport itself is incredibly clean, efficient, and easy to navigate. I was also impressed by the automated immigration gates, which made the arrival and departure process much faster and smoother. It's a small thing, but it really improves the overall travel experience. There are plenty of facilities, comfortable resting areas, and food options, making even a long layover enjoyable rather than tiring. I've already been here three times, and I honestly don't think I'll ever get bored of Changi Airport and Jewel. They make transit feel like part of the holiday instead of just waiting for the next flight. Looking forward to coming back again!

Huge airport with many shopping and dining options. A beautiful indoor waterfall is located in the center. The surrounding area has many plants and trees to simulate a natural habitat indoors. A free light show is projected on the waterfall every evening. Allow enough time if connecting through Changi airport as gate to gate travel may require use of terminal to terminal train and long walks. Also, bag screening maybe performed again at the departing gate.

Changi Airport truly lives up to its reputation as one of the best airports in the world. From the moment we arrived, everything was incredibly smooth, well-organized, and spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful, immigration was quick, and the facilities were world-class. Jewel Changi is absolutely stunning—the Rain Vortex and indoor gardens are a must-see. There are plenty of great dining and shopping options, comfortable seating areas, and every detail seems designed to make travelers feel relaxed. This is one of the few airports where you actually want to spend extra time instead of rushing through. It was the perfect start and end to our Singapore trip. Highly recommended!
