Connectivity - Because!

We booked two SIM cards in advance that came with 8GB of data and 30 minutes of calling for both local and international use. We were able to pick them up quickly at Abu Dhabi Airport upon our arrival. The process was simple - we just showed our booking voucher and passports, and the SIM cards were activated and installed on our phones right away.

However, it's important to note that SIM cards are not provided to children under 18 years old. So, we couldn't get SIM cards for our kids. But it worked out fine because we used our phone hotspots whenever we needed internet access, and the kids didn't really need much internet during the trip anyway.

Ferrari World and Yas Waterworld

Our exciting adventure started at Ferrari World, which is a fantastic place for people who love speed. When we entered the park, we felt a rush of excitement in our hearts. There were thrilling roller coasters and advanced simulators that suited everyone in the family. The feeling of adrenaline was contagious, and we all laughed and screamed together as we flew through the air on Formula Rossa, the fastest roller coaster in the world. After an exhilarating day at Ferrari World, we went to Yas Waterworld to cool off and have fun. The kids had an amazing time conquering the twisting slides and enjoying the wave pools. Meanwhile, my husband and I relaxed in the lazy river, savoring these special moments with our family.

We began our day with a guided city tour that allowed us to learn about Abu Dhabi's rich history and culture. Our first stop was the incredible Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, which is a masterpiece of Islamic architecture. As we walked through its beautiful halls filled with intricate writing and sparkling chandeliers, we couldn't help but feel amazed and peaceful. After that, we visited the lively Dates Market, where we experienced the vibrant colors and delicious smells of fresh dates. We also visited the Founders Memorial, which was a special place to honor the UAE's great leaders. It made us stop and think about their incredible accomplishments. Lastly, we went to The National Aquarium, where the kids were fascinated by the amazing sea creatures and learned about how important it is to protect our oceans and marine life.

Next, we went on a Yellow Boats tour along the scenic Corniche. We were treated to breathtaking views of the city's skyline and famous landmarks. The azure waters were so beautiful, and we felt calm and peaceful as the boat smoothly glided through the waves. We took advantage of this opportunity to take amazing family photos against the backdrop of Abu Dhabi's stunning coastal scenery.

On our last day, we went to the amazing Louvre Abu Dhabi, where art and culture come together. The museum's stunning architecture and the incredible artworks inside amazed us. We saw ancient things and modern art, and it felt like we were traveling through time and learning about different cultures. It was so interesting to see the different ways artists express themselves.

To make our trip extra special, we also visited Kidzania Abu Dhabi. It's a place where kids can use their imagination and learn through play. They got to pretend to be different professionals and explore different jobs. It was a fun and educational experience that allowed them to be creative and discover new things. It was a great way to end our trip!

Abu Dhabi turned out to be the best place for our family vacation because it had a great mix of exciting adventures and interesting cultural experiences. We had a blast on thrilling roller coasters and were amazed by the incredible buildings and structures. Our time in Abu Dhabi created memories that we will treasure forever.
