It's an excellent tourist destination, but, the infrastructure of the city is not being maintained at all. Pathetic roads, can worsen your commuting experience. Lots of random scale unorganised construction work going around, seems like a threat to the natural beauty and ambience of the city of the lakes.

Udaipur is a very beautiful city, but the condition of the roads was quite disappointing. Many roads were rough and damaged, making travel uncomfortable and difficult. Especially during local travel, it caused a lot of inconvenience. I hope the authorities take notice and improve the road conditions soon.

Very beautiful city for couples. Best time for visit is july to September (after raining)

Udaipur City Railway Station is clean, well-organized, and conveniently located near the main city area. The station has good connectivity to major cities and provides essential facilities like waiting halls, food stalls, parking, and clean platforms. The architecture and surroundings give a nice glimpse of Udaipur’s charm. Staff and security arrangements are also satisfactory. Overall, it is a comfortable and traveler-friendly railway station.

If you are planning to visit it's my opinion you should go in raining season.you loved it and specially visit to Alcigrah and you never forget to seen behind the hidden jam.
