Designed for you, the service offers you the Your Data You Decide feature, which allows you to get your complete data allocation on the first day itself - so go ahead and use your data as you want.
Operating on 4G/LTE data connectivity, your device can connect to up to 10 devices at the same time. So, no matter if you are traveling in a group or for business, connect all your devices.
Please note: UAE laws do not permit VoIP services – so only WhatsApp, Facebook, FaceTime etc. chat option is available –video and voice calling facilities from the apps are currently not allowed
- Unlimited Wi-Fi kit is available for the maximum of 10 days rental. Additional rental days at US$ 5 per day.
- Refundable security deposit of US$ 70 applies. Redemption at Dubai International Airport Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.
- Rates are UAE VAT-inclusive. The customer must present their original Passport and UAE Visa copy.
- MiFi Device can only be issued to the person who is 18 years of age and above.
- Only 1 device can be activated using 1 passport. Passport holder must be present during the time of activation of the service.
- Unlimited Pack cannot be booked or extended for more than 7 days, or 14 days based on the pack selected.
Cancellation Policy
- Receive a 100% refund if you cancel up to 24 hours before the experience begins.
Child Policy
- WiFi Device can be issued only to the person above 18 years of age
Important Info
- Alike.io accepts bookings for UAE SIM cards on behalf of KMTH Trading LLC (a TDRA approved SIM distributor). All SIM activations are done in the UAE by KMTH Trading LLC.
