  • Transfer service will be provided only if you selected the "with transfers" option at the time of booking

  • A minimum of 2 people is required for this activity on shared transfers

  • During the Eid holidays, the park may have capacity limitations and may not be able to accommodate all guests.
  • If the park is full during Eid holidays or any other time due to capacity limitations, guests may visit the following day. The same rule applies if the park is at capacity at any other time.

Cancellation Policy
  • No charges will be applied for cancellations made 48 hours before the tour departure time.
  • 100% charges will be applied for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour departure time.
  • If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be returned to your account within 7-14 working days.
Child Policy
  • Children under 3 years old will be considered infants and can enter for free.
  • Children aged 3 to 13 will be considered children and will be charged the child rate.
  • Children over 13 years old will be considered adults and will be charged the adult rate.
