  • Guests must bring a hard copy of tickets to be presented at the entrance for entry.
  • Appropriate swimwear required, babies and toddlers must wear swim diapers

  • Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Consider if you can safely participate in each ride, taking into account your own limitations.
  • Management of the Park reserves the right to not open certain or all attractions on a daily basis or to close the Park early without compensating the ticket holders.

  • Wild Wadi's operating hours are subject to change without notice.
  • The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons or weather conditions.
  • This is a booking voucher only so in case of booking an attraction entrance, it is must to carry the ticket separately.
  • Partially used services are non-refundable, and the service provider may charge a 100% no-show fee if the guest does not show up at the start time listed in the tour itinerary.

Cancellation Policy
  • If the tickets are cancelled after booking, 100% charges will be applied.
  • This attraction has a strict no cancellation policy and cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted.
Child Policy
  • Children below 3 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of charge.
  • Children above 3 years and below 1.1 meters in height will be charged as child.
  • Children above 1.1 meters in height will be considered an adult and charged an adult rate.
